About the Role
The Production Assistant (PA) provides logistical, administrative, and on-the-ground support within Features and Television Physical Production.
What You'll Do
- Support Production and Creative Executives during development, prep, and production
- Arrange production meals; handle daily runs (scripts, swag inventory/distribution)
- Facilitate poster signings between employees and talent, maintaining confidentiality
- Organize conference room bookings; reconcile expense/mileage reports
- Support events such as Comic Con, press junkets, and D23
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; valid CA driver's license and operating vehicle
- Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills; willing to work overtime/weekends with short notice
- Previous production assistant experience preferred
Pay
$43,000–$55,500/year (based on a 40-hour work week)
