Pricing Analyst

About the Role

Ontic — a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries — is seeking a Pricing Analyst for their Chatsworth, CA office. You'll develop strategic, data-driven pricing recommendations across OEM, aftermarket, and other customer segments.

What You'll Do

• Develop pricing recommendations for complex RFQs, multi-year agreements, and large opportunities
• Apply pricing concepts including elasticity, value-based pricing, contribution margin, and discount governance
• Gather and interpret market intelligence from customer behavior, competitor signals, and win/loss data
• Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate pricing alternatives and long-term profitability
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service on RFQ strategy, negotiations, and best-and-final offers
• Monitor price realization, margins, conversion, and win/loss patterns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial finance, or business analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategy: margin analysis, segmentation, discounting, price realization
• Aerospace, defence, OEM, aftermarket, or MRO pricing experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

$78,000–$110,000/year
