Prestige Beauty Advisor

Overview

Ulta Beauty is looking for a part-time Prestige Beauty Advisor to serve guests in the prestige makeup and skincare section. This role combines deep product knowledge with consultative sales to deliver an elevated beauty experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist guests in selecting prestige makeup, skincare, and fragrance products
• Conduct personalized beauty consultations tailored to each guest's needs
• Perform product demonstrations and application techniques
• Achieve individual and department sales goals for prestige brands
• Enroll guests in the Ultamate Rewards loyalty program
• Maintain prestige product displays, testers, and counter cleanliness
• Stay current on brand launches, promotions, and product knowledge

Requirements

• Prior beauty retail, cosmetics counter, or prestige brand experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of makeup and skincare brands and techniques
• Excellent guest communication and consultative selling skills
• Comfortable achieving sales targets and loyalty enrollment goals
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Compensation

• $17.50–$26.00/hr
