About the Role
Installs, maintains, inspects, modifies, remodels, and repairs plumbing systems for CSUN's Student Housing Operations, providing responsive facility services to the residential community.
What You'll Do
- Process daily service requests for Student Housing and University Village
- Repair and replace fixtures (faucets, sinks, shower valves, toilets, etc.)
- Maintain water supply systems, boilers, fire protection sprinklers, and piping
- Assist with plumbing installations and remodeling projects
- Support preventative maintenance programs
Requirements
- Journey-level plumbing skills (apprenticeship completion equivalent)
- Valid California driver's license
- Journeyman plumber experience highly desired
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (may include evenings/weekends)
- $5,998-$6,754/mo hiring range (up to $8,737/mo)
- On-site, Northridge
