About the Role
NBCUniversal's StudioPost department is looking for a Post-Production Planning Coordinator to support day-to-day scheduling operations for the Picture Department's Color, Edit, VFX, QC, and Client Services teams across TV and Mastering projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage picture department booking needs for TV and mastering projects
- Work with operations and talent to identify available services for incoming projects
- Confirm bookings and negotiate session dates with clients; coordinate special requests
- Coordinate remote playbacks with clients and engineering
- Manage and update resources in ScheduAll; maintain status reports
- Handle month-end and quarter-end financial reconciliation for Finance
- Review and approve pre-bills for department services and overages
Requirements
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- MS Office proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Pay & Schedule
$65,000–$75,000/year. Full-time, on-site.
