About the Role

Physician Assistant II / NP II — Orthopedics, part-time, at Kaiser Permanente in Panorama City. Under physician supervision, provides care in the orthopedics specialty department consistent with Kaiser's Regional Practice Guidelines and Protocols for Ambulatory and Hospital-Based Practice.

What You'll Do

• Perform complete physical examinations, including ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests
• Collect subjective and objective patient data and develop an assessment/diagnosis
• Develop and implement a management and educational plan for each patient
• Order pharmacologic interventions and plan for appropriate follow-up care
• Facilitate referrals to appropriate health facilities, agencies, and community resources
• Manage the care of patients with complicated medical or surgical conditions

Schedule

Part-time, evening shift, 20 hours/week, onsite in Panorama City.
