Physical Therapist (Per Diem)

About the Role

Kaiser Permanente Panorama City is hiring a per diem Physical Therapist to manage patient care, day shift.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and interpret exam findings to determine treatment needs
• Establish and administer individualized plans of care and exercise programs
• Reassess patients to track progress and modify treatment as needed
• Coordinate treatment plans and discharge planning with other healthcare staff
• Supervise PT Assistants and PT Aides as needed

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with clinical evaluation and treatment experience
• Ability to document care per state/federal and medical group requirements
