About the role

Pharmacy Service Clerk at Costco Wholesale Pharmacy. Responsible for assisting pharmacy staff and providing excellent member service at the pharmacy counter.

What you'll do

• Assist members at the pharmacy counter with prescription pick-up and inquiries.
• Answer phones and direct calls to pharmacy staff.
• Process insurance information and collect co-payments.
• Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and organization.
• Provide excellent member service.
