Pharmacy Manager

Overview

Costco Wholesale is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the in-store pharmacy and serve as the pharmacist-in-charge. This full-time management role combines clinical pharmacy responsibilities with team leadership to ensure Costco's high standards for member care are consistently met.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the pharmacist-in-charge (PIC) for the in-store pharmacy
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including staffing, scheduling, and compliance
• Manage, coach, and develop pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and provide counseling to members
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
• Drive member service excellence and support Costco's pharmacy growth goals
• Collaborate with warehouse management on operational matters

Requirements

• Current pharmacist license in the state of employment required
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required
• Prior pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional member service
• Must be available to work 45+ hours per week
