Personal Injury Case Manager

About the Role

Block LLP is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers.

What You'll Do

• Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
• Review police reports, medical records, and insurance information
• Open and manage claims with insurance carriers
• Monitor client treatment and coordinate with medical providers
• Request and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Assist with preparing comprehensive demand packages
• Work closely with attorneys on settlement strategy and case valuation
• Maintain accurate case notes in the firm's case management system

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in California personal injury case management
• Strong understanding of liability, damages, medical treatment, and insurance claim processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual Spanish/English or Armenian a plus
