Personal Banker — Bilingual Spanish

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Personal Banker at their Northridge branch (8812 Corbin Ave). Build relationships with customers through in-branch interactions, scheduled conversations, and proactive outreach.

What you'll do

• Build lasting customer relationships through proactive, meaningful conversations
• Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand needs and connect customers with banking products
• Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities and making appropriate referrals
• Support everyday banking needs: new account openings, service requests, and credit applications
• Perform cash handling and teller line activities accurately while maintaining compliance
• Collaborate with branch teammates for seamless handoffs to licensed bankers or specialists

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent
• Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
• Ability to work Saturdays; must pass required language assessment
• SAFE registration required at time of employment
