• Provide outstanding customer service through successful intake, prioritizing, and resolution of patient calls
• Greet patients, assist with resolving issues, and manage check-in and check-out
• Collect co-payments, give receipts, and reconcile payments
• Verify patient demographic and insurance data in CS-Link
• Schedule appointments and complete patient registration
• Maintain current patient demographics and insurance information
