Requirements
Required:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
- 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare registration
- A track record in organizing and planning
Preferred:
- Some college level coursework, particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant coursework
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS), upon hire
- Registrar and third-party payor experience
