Patient Account Registrar - Admitting

What You'll Do

• Interview patients to obtain demographics and insurance information
• Secure insurance eligibility, benefits and authorizations
• Work in the Admitting department including PBX and reception
• Operate computer systems to input and retrieve data

Requirements

• Previous hospital admissions experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School Graduate or GED required
