Parts Specialist

About the Role

The Parts Specialist provides retail and installer customers with a high level of service, supporting store management with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection
• Answer phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, recommend items
• Maintain the cash drawer and process transactions accurately
• Process exchanges and returns per company policies
• Perform in-store services: install wipers, test batteries, scan vehicle codes
• Assist with freight receival, stocking shelves, planogram updates
• Operate brake lathe and store test equipment (after training)

Requirements

Required:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service skills
• Ability to multitask (phone and in-store customers simultaneously)

Desired:

• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, and auto sales/service
• ASE certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $16.50–$24.50/hr
