About the Role & Program
Disney Parks International (DPI) oversees the strategic management and operations of Disney's theme parks and resorts outside of the U.S. This graduate internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to DPI's franchise strategy team, helping shape the future of Disney's beloved IPs across culturally diverse markets.
Interns will support strategic initiatives through market insights, brand storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders globally.
Program dates: January 2027 – June 2027
What You'll Do
- Develop strategic presentations and business cases for senior leadership, highlighting franchise growth opportunities and market entry strategies
- Support strategic content plans from development through execution, including brand guidelines, creative development, and media tracking
- Conduct quarterly analysis of franchise financials and recommend action plans
- Synthesize consumer insights and franchise performance data into business narratives that inform international growth strategies
- Manage franchise monthly newsletters tracking industry news and brand updates
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify whitespace opportunities
- Support cross-functional franchise initiatives and coordinate project workflows across time zones
- Provide administrative support: meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic storytelling
- Cross-functional project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with global entertainment trends, IP lifecycle management, and consumer engagement
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Airtable
- Written fluency in English; additional language fluency a plus
