Overnight Inbound Team Member (Stocking)

About the Role

Overnight Inbound Experts ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. This overnight stocking role focuses on sorting freight, stocking shelves, and organizing the backroom for General Merchandise areas.

What You'll Do

• Execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation
• Stock, organize, and store reserve product; straighten merchandise on the sales floor
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories
• Operate powered equipment as needed while unloading freight (if certified)
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items
• Support back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) duties

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
• Ability to work independently and with a team; attention to detail
• Frequently lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 44 lbs throughout the shift, with repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, and rotating
• Climb ladders; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
