Operations Manager

Overview

Ulta Beauty is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to lead store operations and drive operational excellence. This management role is responsible for inventory, logistics, team performance, and compliance at a high-volume beauty retail location.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all store operations including inventory management, shipping, and receiving
• Lead and develop the operations team to achieve productivity and accuracy goals
• Manage backroom organization, merchandise flow, and replenishment processes
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and regulatory standards
• Partner with the General Manager and other store leaders on store performance
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
• Drive efficiency improvements and support a guest-ready store environment

Requirements

• Prior retail operations management experience required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing a team in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and reporting
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and periodic early mornings
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation

• $28.00–$35.00/hr
