Operations Executive

About the Role

Adventist Health Glendale is seeking an Operations Executive to direct day-to-day hospital operations and manage business operations across primary care practices and specialty services. Provides market-level operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hospital operations; lead market-level leadership team for maximum productivity and efficiency
• Develop and implement plans to achieve hospital business objectives
• Coordinate care, services, and programming to achieve market-level goals
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop, monitor, and maintain FTE, capital, and operational budgets
• Review department systems, budgets, and goals with physicians; drive cost reduction and revenue enhancement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 15 years of related experience preferred
• 10 years of leadership experience preferred
