About the Role
Nuclear pharmacy technician responsible for drawing, dispensing, and packaging radiopharmaceuticals under the direction of a licensed Staff Pharmacist, in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Weekends, holidays, and on call as needed
- Must be flexible to work different days, schedules, or hours based on business needs
What You'll Do
- Prepare prescriptions by typing labels and obtaining Staff Pharmacist approval
- Draw doses into syringes or vials
- Perform quality assurance tests on instruments and radiopharmaceuticals per Federal, State, Company, and manufacturer guidelines
- Receive, document, and store incoming/outgoing pharmaceuticals per DOT and Company guidelines
- Maintain computer inventory and records
- Assist with or perform labeling of blood cell products
- Perform general laboratory and facility cleanup
- Handle clerical and administrative services including daily records, receipts, report preparation, and billing records
- Make deliveries to accounts with company vehicles as needed
- Speak with customers and address questions/concerns via telephone
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 18 years of age (required for driving company vehicle)
- Ability to manage up to 75 pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
- Manual dexterity for reach, lifting, holding small objects, and dispensing doses
- Comfortable performing repetitive motions/tasks and working in a nuclear environment
- Ability to work weekends, on call, holidays, overtime, or alternate shifts
- Intermediate computer skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- State licensure as a Pharmacy Technician or PTCB certification
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous IV or clean room environment experience
