Night Crew Stocker

About the Role

As a Stocker, your day is centered around keeping shelves filled and the store ready for customers. During daytime hours, you'll work on the floor stocking products, organizing shelves, and assisting customers. For overnight shifts, the focus shifts to preparing the store for the next day — working through deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays.

What You Bring

• Customer Interaction Skills: Clear communication when assisting customers
• Stocking & Merchandising: Placing product accurately on shelves and maintaining display standards
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products
• Organization & Time Management: Managing workload efficiently
• Equipment Use: Operating pallet jacks, box cutters, and store equipment following safety guidelines
• Physical Capability: Comfort with frequent lifting up to 60 lbs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
