ML Platform Engineer

About the Role

Paramount seeks a senior data scientist/ML engineer to build and deploy MLOps products that drive business strategy and content optimization, building the foundations of Paramount's ML platform to help data science teams scale model deployments globally.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement a new ML platform to amplify the data science team's capabilities
• Collaborate with data scientists on technical development requirements
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate models into business workflows
• Manage Paramount+'s financial forecasting models
• Build deployment platforms, monitoring systems, and stakeholder-facing UIs
• Establish CI/CD best practices and agentic workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years in data science and ML engineering
• Expert-level Python; proven MLOps platform design in cloud environments
• CI/CD workflow implementation; containerized application development
• LLM/MCP integration and Google Cloud Platform experience a plus

Pay

$130,200–$195,300/yr (varies by location and qualifications)
