About the role

Membership Clerk at Costco Wholesale. Responsible for processing new and renewal memberships and providing excellent member service at the membership desk.

What you'll do

• Process new and renewal memberships.
• Issue and replace membership cards.
• Handle membership fee payments and assist with account inquiries.
• Answer member questions about membership benefits and policies.
• Maintain accurate records and provide excellent member service.
