Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Insomniac Events produces some of the most innovative, immersive music festivals and events in the world, including Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns supporting Insomniac's portfolio of festivals and branded events. Reports to the Director of Festivals; based in the Calabasas, CA office, with regular travel to event sites. Not a remote position.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across assigned festivals and brands
• Manage social media content calendars and brainstorm content strategies
• Coordinate with artist teams to secure assets in support of marketing campaigns
• Partner with Executive Producers, marketing leads, and artist managers to align campaign strategies
• Collaborate with in-house Design and New Media teams on creative campaign assets
• Support on-site marketing initiatives — media, social, influencer, and street team activations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, music, or events
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel for events

Pay & Benefits

$21.60/hour.
