Manufacturing Associate

About the Role

AppliedVR is looking for a mission-driven Manufacturing Associate to support the Operations team, initially focused on building new RelieVRx devices — the first FDA-authorized VR device for chronic lower back pain.

What You'll Do

• Install software on medical devices per established SOPs and Quality Management Standards
• Provision medical devices, including initial setup, for deployment
• Ship and fulfill demo orders in a compliant and timely manner
• Receive incoming shipments and organize equipment/materials
• Perform quality control (QC) and validation on medical devices
• Process returned devices: intake, inspection, documentation, routing
• Help maintain a clean, organized, compliant warehouse environment

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing, fulfillment, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift/move up to 30 lbs
• Basic technical literacy and willingness to learn SOPs and device setups
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

Schedule & Pay

• In-person at the Van Nuys, CA facility, typical hours 6am–2:30pm
• Pay: $25–$30/hour
