Location: Van Nuys, CA (in-person required) Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Install software on medical devices in accordance with all established SOPs and Quality Management Standards
• Provision medical devices, including initial setup, to prepare for deployment
• Ship and fulfill demo orders in a compliant and timely manner
• Receive incoming shipments and organize equipment and materials within designated storage areas
• Perform quality control (QC) and validation on medical devices to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory standards
• Process returned devices: intake, inspection, documentation, and appropriate routing
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility, fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar hands-on environment preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, reach, and lift/move up to 30 lbs
• Basic technical literacy and willingness to learn SOPs, software installation processes, and device setups
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Pay & Benefits
