About The Role
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Systems Engineering - Configuration Management 3 (AHT) to lead configuration management activities for aerospace and defense programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of systems engineers focused on configuration management (CM)
- Establish and maintain CM plans, processes, and procedures
- Manage configuration baselines and change control processes
- Interface with program management, engineering, and customer representatives
- Ensure CM compliance with applicable standards (MIL-HDBK-61, EIA-649)
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to CM team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related field
- Experience in configuration management for complex systems
- Familiarity with defense acquisition and government contracting
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
Pay & Benefits
$193,000–$289,600/year. Full-time, on-site.
