Manager, Interview Operations & Experience

About the Role

The Manager, Interview Operations & Experience leads a team of Candidate Experience Specialists overseeing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and coordination logistics enterprise-wide at NBCUniversal.

What You'll Do

• Leads and mentors Candidate Experience Specialists and Coordinators; balances workloads and resolves escalations
• Improves interview scheduling workflows through automation and cross-functional collaboration
• Standardizes interview experience guidelines and develops SOPs for complex scenarios
• Builds partnerships across recruiting, facilities, and travel teams
• Monitors performance and interview data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Manages the Accessibility Accommodations inbox and candidate travel expense processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, TA Operations, or related field with interview coordination focus
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing a coordination/operations team
• Experience with ATS and scheduling technologies (e.g., SmartRecruiters)
• Data-driven mindset

Schedule

• Hybrid, minimum 4 days/week in office

Pay & Benefits

• $90,000-$120,000, bonus-eligible
