As a Manager, Design & Development, you will lead the design, development, and execution of lifestyle accessory categories including bags, backpacks, footwear, jewelry, socks, and hair accessories across multiple licensed and vertically integrated brands.
What You'll Do
- Design and oversee lifestyle accessory categories from concept through production
- Lead design and development of accessory products across multiple brands
- Manage projects including trend research, tech packs, prototypes, and final design approvals
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance concept development
- Create detailed tech packs and supporting development documentation
- Manage all 2D and 3D product approvals
- Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity
Requirements
- 5+ years of product development or design experience
- Experience with tech pack creation, 3D design, and AI-powered design tools
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrications, construction methods
- Proficiency in MediaBox, Adobe Launchpad, and related approval platforms
