About the Role
Assists the Director of Custodial Services overseeing supervisors and team leads in the day-to-day operations and cleaning of office space, retail stores, museums, food services venues, and public restrooms across the Warner Bros. studio lot. Helps manage 90+ union janitors including onboarding, compliance training, and performance review.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and staffing
- Handle weekly payroll and attendance records for the custodial team
- Perform daily inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Identify cost-effective use of personnel, equipment, and supplies
- Establish and monitor productivity standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in custodial services, facilities operations, or environmental services, including managerial/director-level leadership
- Experience overseeing large, multi-site operations with union labor
