Manager, Business Sales

About the Role

Lead a high-performing sales team and drive business growth in the small and medium-sized business market at Spectrum in Woodland Hills. Manage daily operations, mentor account executives, and inspire the team to surpass sales goals.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Coach, lead, and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% on office responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive team territory plan; set and monitor individual sales goals
• Resolve customer complaints and address issues impacting sales operations
• Organize regular meetings to keep the team informed of tools, processes, and product updates
• Recruit, train, and coach Account Executives; handle performance reviews and training compliance
• Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales reps: contacts, presentations, and sales
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum's product offerings and competitive landscape

Pay & Benefits

Base pay: $69,000–$136,600/year. Commission earnings target starting at $73,000. Comprehensive benefits package.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of telecommunications product/services sales experience
• 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience
• Valid state driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Must be able to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship
