Maintenance Clerk

About the role

Builds and repairs fixtures and structures. Repairs plumbing and electrical systems under 50 volts. Performs routine maintenance and repairs for forklifts, HVAC, and machinery. Provides janitorial and general maintenance of warehouse and grounds.

What you'll do

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs for warehouse machinery and equipment (forklifts, HVAC, refrigeration units, ovens, scales, wrappers, compactor, baler, dock plates).
• Builds and repairs fixtures, structures, and displays using hand and power tools.
• Repairs plumbing problems; installs and maintains plumbing fixtures.
• Repairs electrical systems under 50 volts.
• Participates in janitorial duties: cleans floors, empties garbage, pulls cardboard, cleans office and restrooms.
• Cleans and maintains grounds and building; performs roof checks.
• Follows safety and security procedures.
• Checks daily schedule for assigned tasks, construction, maintenance, and repair jobs.
• Ensures proper cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials.
