Line Cook

About the Role

The line cook position is responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for our Guests through the preparation and presentation of our menu, and the correct handling and preparation of all food items to ensure Guest safety.

What You'll Do

• Deliver unparalleled Guest experience through great food, drinks and games
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Safely and correctly operate all equipment
• Prepare and cook all food items by recipe and to specification
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas
• Assist other Team Members as needed
• Work days, nights and/or weekends as required

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to clearly communicate with team members
• Disciplined and self-motivated
• Physical: stand/walk 100% of shift; lift and carry 30 lbs; work in noisy, fast-paced environment

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $17.28–$19.75/hr
