About the Role

The Lead Registration associate ensures smooth patient flow, quality registration, maximum point-of-service patient collections, and outstanding customer service. The Lead coordinates coverage, manages volume fluctuations, and serves as a resource for staff on policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Ensure smooth patient flow, quality registration, and point-of-service collections
• Coordinate break/lunch schedules to maintain department coverage
• Assist supervisor in managing volume fluctuations (request or flex staff as needed)
• Serve as resource for staff on all department policies and procedures
• Lead compliance and completion of daily duties under supervisor's direction
• Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Extensive knowledge of Patient Access required; CHAA certification preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
• High attention to detail; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay & Benefits

$23.69–$27.01/hr. Benefits include paid time off, 401K, medical/dental/vision, and tuition reimbursement.
