Develop consumer-centric, trend-right product lines that deliver strong fashion, function, storytelling, quality, and price-value across tiers of the value pyramid.
Manage product and packaging approvals through online systems and collaborative review meetings, maintaining character integrity, color, materials, form, function, and profitability standards within established turnaround times.
Create line sheets, creative presentations, retail pitch decks, and product mock-ups; present concepts and recommendations to internal and external partners across multiple platforms.
Partner with cross-functional teams, content providers, licensees, and retail partners to develop and approve products while addressing creative, technical, legal, cultural, sourcing, and business requirements.
Monitor competitors, product innovation, consumer behavior, seasonal trends, and the retail landscape to identify category opportunities and inform design direction.
Prioritize and manage multiple design projects and requests to meet deadlines and defined expectations.
Organize contractual samples for archival and maintain accurate product records.
Support setup and teardown for the quarterly Product Design Lab showroom and represent the team in relevant meetings.

5-7 years of related product design experience.
Working knowledge of hardlines and softlines product development, including raw materials, plastics, textiles, print and pattern, graphic composition, and manufacturing.
Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Keynote experience preferred.
Product design capabilities including 3D design, technical design, sketching, art application and manipulation, final mechanical art, and fabric and trim identification.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $117,200.00-$157,100.00 per year.
