About the Role

Lead Patient Admissions Coordinator at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. Full-time, 40-hour Evening shifts. Registers patients for inpatient and outpatient services, assists the Patient Registration Supervisor, and helps manage day-to-day department functions.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to secure demographic and financial information and prepare documents for signature
• Assign rooms and direct patients to appropriate service areas
• Assign work, schedule employees, train new staff, and ensure adequate shift coverage

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in hospital Admitting or Patient Registration

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Supervisory experience
