Pay: $13,000–$24,000/month Schedule: Flexible with open availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of Lead F&I Manager experience — required
• Strong attention to detail — required
• Ability to manage CIT — required
• Experience leading an F&I team to success — required
• Large volume or high-line experience — a plus
• CDK knowledge — a plus

Pay & Benefits

$13,000–$24,000/month (performance-driven; includes commissions off Individual Product and Reserve Income, plus bonuses based on Net PVR, Product Penetration, and Manufacturer Approvability).
