Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Job description: Lead Cook – Dog Haus Biergarten Location: 1003 San Fernando Road, San Fernando, CA 91340 Dog Haus Biergarten is hiring a Lead Cook to join our back-of-house leadership team. Dog Haus is a craft casual concept operating as quick service, not full service, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, speed, and teamwork. Pay & Schedule $22 per hour + tips Part Time Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Restaurant hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, seven days a week What You'll Do Lead kitchen operations during assigned shifts Prepare and cook menu items according to Dog Haus recipes and standards Oversee grill, fryer, flat top, assembly, prep, expo, and dish stations Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency on every order Train and coach kitchen team members on procedures and standards Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume service periods Monitor prep levels and ensure stations are stocked and organized Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and product rotation Enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Communicate effectively with Front of House to ensure a great guest experience What We're Looking For Previous lead cook, kitchen lead, or supervisory kitchen experience preferred Strong experience working grill, fryer, flat top, and expo stations Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Why Join Dog Haus?
