Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager supporting the Woodland Hills, CA market. This senior role manages complex commercial client relationships for businesses with annual revenue of $25MM–$100MM.

What You'll Do

• Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships through strategic relationship management
• Lead structuring, modification, and renewal of complex cash flow, real estate loans, and other commercial solutions
• Offer the full suite of Wells Fargo commercial solutions including credit, treasury management, and industry-specific products
• Make decisions in complex, multi-faceted situations within the Commercial Banking group
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and middle to senior managers to resolve client issues and achieve business objectives
• Drive relationship planning to deliver full-suite solutions and maintain sales pipeline discipline
• Support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on client and market needs
• Serve as a mentor for less experienced colleagues

Requirements

• 5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience (or equivalent through work experience, training, or military experience)

Preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of core banking products: commercial lending and treasury management
• Completion of a formal credit training program
• Established local network in the Woodland Hills/LA area market

Pay & Benefits

• $167,000–$260,000/year
