Lead Cashier

Overview

Ulta Beauty is hiring a part-time Lead Cashier to support front-end operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role combines leadership with customer-facing service at the register.

What You'll Do

• Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS
• Lead front-end operations and provide guidance to cashier team members
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily front-end tasks and store support
• Greet guests and create a welcoming checkout experience
• Enroll guests in the Ultamate Rewards loyalty program
• Handle returns, exchanges, and guest concerns professionally
• Maintain front-end cleanliness and supply stock

Requirements

• Prior retail cashier or front-end leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions accurately
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Reliable and team-oriented

Compensation

• $17.50–$26.00/hr
