Inventory Coordinator

• Pay: $18.00/hour + $300 monthly variable incentive

About the Role

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for lot inventory management including checking and logging new arrivals, ensuring vehicles have correct merchandising documents, and maintaining a presentable sales lot.

What You'll Do

• Control the flow of cars and manage inventory; log new arrivals in fleet computer system
• Ensure vehicles are front-line ready with correct pricing stickers, buyers guides, and frame plates
• Park, align, and maintain a presentable sales lot
• Manage the back overflow lot; shuttle cars to vendors and assist with dealer trades
• Assist with maintaining fuel log and other reports

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Must be at least 20 years of age
