Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer Level 4 in Palmdale, CA.

The ILS Engineer 4 position is the key integration point between Support Equipment (SE), Technical Documentation (TDOC), and ILS disciplines, supporting overall integration into the maintenance concept design and fielding.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and integrate efforts of support specialties to produce a comprehensive ILS package
• Participate in meetings with customers and ILS organizations and other engineering disciplines
• Perform independent technical analysis of existing technical studies and/or databases
• Develop and review technical data packages
• Provide expert guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8 years of related experience, or Master's degree and 6 years
• Active DoD Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with MIL-STD-1388 (ILS) and/or MIL-PRF-49506 (LSA)
• Experience in MTA, LORA, MAC, LSA, LSAR, FMEA, or RCM
• ILS engineer experience on USAF programs
• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance

Pay & Benefits

Salary Range: $142,200–$213,400

Northrop Grumman considers experience, education, skills, and market conditions when determining base salary.
