What You'll Do
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and process employee information in HRIS
- Assist with employee and labor relations matters
- Support classification, compensation, and benefits administration
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR experience, preferably in education or public sector
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
