What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome guests warmly; seat them at appropriate tables; introduce feature of the day
- Suggest new menu items from limited time offerings
- Receive payment and make correct change
- Assist with beverages (coffees, refills)
- Handle incoming calls; take to-go orders as appropriate
- Keep hostess area stocked and clean
- Resolve complaints; notify manager as needed
- Assist service personnel in clearing and setting tables
- Willingly assist other team members without being asked
