What you'll do

Cuts, stains, mounts, and studies specimens of human tissue to provide data on functioning of tissues and organs, causes and/or progress of disease, following established standards and practices.

Requirements

Required:

• 2 years experience as a Histotechnician in a hospital laboratory, or 2 years of college

Preferred:

• Advanced training in histotechnology
• Certification as a Histotechnician by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (upon hire)

Schedule

Per-diem, 10-hour day shifts
