About the role

Head Cashier at Sprouts Farmers Market. Full-time position leading the front end team to deliver fast, friendly checkout service.

What you'll do

• Lead and train cashiers and courtesy clerks at the front end.
• Provide a high level of customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Operate cash register accurately and handle all payment types.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front end.
• Support store management with opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Dependable and reliable with a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay & benefits
