What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process start to finish
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests
• Exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience (automotive sales a plus)
• Desire to achieve personal and financial goals
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Pay & Benefits

$48,200–$158,700/year (performance-driven; includes Individual Payable Gross and Individual Units Sold bonuses).
