FT Merchandise Manager

About the Role

The Merchandise Manager drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. This role ensures accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

What You'll Do

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Execute and maintain SISO (Store-In-Stock Optimization) routines to drive in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Manage key aspects of inventory control.
• Execute ad sets, ensuring promotional signage and product placement are compliant.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs (Return to Vendor) and ASN receiving.
• Manage store damages procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Partner in maintaining strong Asset Protection practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Work Environment

• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
• Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings

Pay & Benefits

• Total Base Pay Range: $19.25 - $23.80
