Front-End Associate

Overview

Costco Wholesale is hiring part-time Front-End Associates to support member-facing operations at the warehouse. This role is central to delivering a smooth, positive checkout and shopping experience for Costco members.

What You'll Do

• Greet members as they enter and exit the warehouse
• Assist members in loading merchandise onto conveyor belts for checkout
• Pack member orders into boxes and bags efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area
• Provide friendly and professional member service throughout the visit
• Support front-end team members during busy periods

Requirements

• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable standing and performing physical tasks for extended periods
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and pack merchandise (up to 50 lbs)
