About the Role
Provides customer service to students navigating financial aid programs at CSUN, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining accurate records and supporting student success.
What You'll Do
- Deliver customer service at the counter, phone, and email in a high-volume office
- Review intake documents for regulatory compliance (federal, state, CSU guidelines)
- Respond daily to student inquiries
- Perform file reviews and verification activities
- Participate in training, meetings, and campus outreach
Requirements
- Four years of full-time clerical/administrative experience, OR college/vocational business training (substitutes up to 2 years)
- Strong customer service, regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, and office tech proficiency
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- $4,047-$5,896/month
